Summer Pop Off Music & Arts Festival
Kick off the summer this Memorial Day weekend at the annual Summer Pop Off Music & Arts Festival! Held at the scenic River Outpost Brewing Co., it’s sure to be a rocking day filled with live music and various art displays.

Mamaroneck Memorial Day Parade
The Village of Mamaroneck looks forward to the American Legion Post 90’s Memorial Day Parade and Observances. In preparation for this event, the Village of Mamaroneck has put together this Community Announcement to provide the public with important information.

Pinkster Festival
The Pinkster Festival is a day filled with art, poetry, live music, dancing, and storytelling that celebrates the region’s African American history and culture. The all-day event will feature music from DJ GoodWill, spoken word from Malik Work, and drumming from Kazi Oliver, with additional performances throughout the day. Additionally, there will be hands-on arts and crafts and local food trucks.
Cost: Ticket Prices Vary. $14 for adults, $12 for seniors and young adults, and free for Historic Hudson Valley members and children under 17.

One World, One Sky: Big Bird's Adventure (Planetarium)
On a trip from Sesame Street to the Moon, Big Bird and Elmo with friend Hu Hu Zhu discover that planets are different from one another but people on Earth are often the same—they love to fly kites! Children can’t fly a kite on the moon because there is no wind but on Earth they can! Visitors will learn about the Big Dipper, the North Star, the sun, and the moon. One World, One Sky: Big Bird’s Adventure is recommended for ages 4–8; 25-minute show plus Q&A. Advance reservations are encouraged.

Memorial Day Party: Downtown Summer Sizzle Concert Series
The City of New Rochelle’s Downtown Summer Sizzle Concert Series kicks off this Saturday with Bedford’s School of Rock, Full Count Big Band, and The Steepwater Band. The FREE, weekly event will feature a range of artists, with over 50 musical acts every weekend from now until September 21. In addition to music, there will be local food trucks, artisanal craft tents, and family-friendly activities.

Art Show at Muscoot Farm
Historic Muscoot Farm is an idyllic setting for an art show! In addition to touring the historic buildings, home to goats, sheep, cattle, horses, donkeys and a wide variety of poultry animals, on weekends in May you can visit the Main House which will serve as a gallery for over 300 beautiful watercolor paintings by the talented artists of the Westchester Watercolor Collective. Huge exhibit and sale.
